What Guildford Stone Worktops does with your details when you ask about worktops. Last updated 29 October 2026.
The short version
- We only ask for what we need to call you back and price your job.
- Enquiries are shared only with the team who quotes for and does the work.
- If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry twelve months after it arrives.
- This site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
What we collect
When you use the callback form we receive your name, phone number, postcode, the job you picked, any stone you chose and anything you write in the notes box, along with the page you were on and the time you sent it. If you phone us, we note your name, a number to call back on and what you tell us about the kitchen. Please leave health or other sensitive details out of the notes.
Why we use it
To call you back, discuss the work, price it and, if you go ahead, carry it out. We rely on legitimate interests, because you have asked us to get in touch, and on taking the steps you ask for before a contract.
Who has access
Enquiries are shared only with the team who quotes for and does the work. On the way, your details pass through four services: Cloudflare, which runs this website and the form; an automation tool that receives each enquiry; an online spreadsheet where it is stored; and an email account that tells us it has arrived. Where any of these process data outside the UK, they do so under the safeguards UK GDPR sets for international transfers. We never sell your details or send you marketing.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not turn into a job is deleted twelve months after it reaches us. For customers, we keep records for as long as the job and any return visits need them.
Cookies and fonts
We set no analytics or advertising cookies, and our fonts are served from this website rather than an outside font provider. Cloudflare may run essential security checks to protect the site. Other websites we link to have their own privacy policies.
